Default trail head parking in Jonesville, VT?

anybody know where I can leave my car in Jonesville VT for a couple of days? ...will be section hiking southbound from the northern terminus and would just as soon skip the road walk to the Duxbury Road parking area. thanks! (starting south on Friday, Sept 19th... bridge won't be done then!)

I parked at Carlene Squires house while I hiked that section. Her contact info is in the LT End-to-Ender's guide. She lives less than a 10 minute walk from the post office. She also shuttled me to Journeys End for a reasonable rate. I have been told that you can also park across the street from the post office but I did not verify that.

There's ample parking right across from the post office. I've left my car there several times for 2-3 days at a time. No problems.

Just in case you only have the map and not the end to enders guide

ummmm. for the record, I emailed the Trooper's barracks, and they thought it was fine to park on the grass/dirt area across from the Jonesville post office... and I called the post office, and they didn't have any issues, either. So -- with thanks to RAFE for the heads-up, it does seem like the place to park, hiking north of the Winooski, till the new bridge is done.
