alright i've got a few items that I am clueless on the weights. Mainly my medium weight socks, my base layer top and bottoms. Unfortunetly at the moment I am lacking on a scale, any help is appreciated!

The socks weigh 3.5 ounces if they are low rise- ankle height 4 oz. Your baselayer top is 6.5 oz and your bottoms are 6 oz even.

I concur. My LLBean medium weight wool socks (crew length) weigh 3 oz/pair and my lightweight top and bottom base layer are 6 oz each.
