Ruffwear climate changer vs cloud chaser???

I'm looking a jacket for my 19 lb shorty jack Russell. I've narrowed it down between these two. Any feed back? He gets cold easily while not hiking.

I just picked up the Cloud Chaser for my dog to wear when we hike the AT this spring -- it's water resistant and well insulated. But sizing can be tricky. I followed the sizing instructions on the ruffwear website and my poor dog looked like she was wearing spanx. I would recommend sizing up.

Bought climate changer...seems warmer than cloud chaser but not water resistant
