Ribz Wear Question

I am planning to use my Ribz front pack this year on my thru (http://www.ribzwear.com/). I have had good success with it on short trips, but I am concerned with chafing on the long haul. Any long distance experience with this piece of equipment and if there was a chafing issue? Thanks in advance.

I have used my homemade version for 2 years. I did the GSMNP and a bit more this year and all of Pennsylvania in 2012. no problems and i like the convenience of the front pack.
