I received this email form one user that was using IE 10 and this fixed the ghost problem they were having. I thought I would pass it on to other that are having issues with IE.
All the way to the very right of the top of the page is a little wheel that looks like a gear when highlighted it says tools.
When clicked on it give many options one of which is Compatibility View settings.
When that is clicked is gives the option to add this website which in this case was whiteblaze and I added it.
This fixed my problem.
