Default Skywalker--Close Encounters on the Appalachian Trail

Because I am in Asheville, North Carolina for a little bit, I happened to go to a book signing for Bill Walker (aka Skywalker)

recently, where I got to pick up his book: Skywalker--Close Encounters on the Appalachian Trail.

While I haven't read it all yet, I must say I was impressed with his presentation (and meeting all 6'11" of him in person made him the real deal).

I've read all three of Bill's books and written Amazon reviews. I really enjoyed them all, but the PCT book was my favorite.

And, he's a damn nice guy too! Not full of himself, IMHO. Great to hear him talk around a campfire explaining his gained awareness as his long distance treks and connection with Nature has grown.
