Altra Lone Peak 3.0 ... just be careful to ease into zero drop style shoes. I learned the hard way and ended up with some mild plantar fasciitis.

Also, mine comes in at 4.4 ounces on my scale.

I can second the Luci Light. I have one and it works pretty well. Saves a lot of headlamp battery if you read inside your tent at night.
