ok here it is... Walking 72.5 miles a dayat present I walk a 12 minute mile and that is flatland as well as up hill with my pack... 8 miles in1 hr and 43 minutes....no running in volved just...

Well all getting closer to my goal...am upto 65 miles a day .... Training really isn't all that bad in the end when you look at it.... I am rarely at the house anymore which is good in a way...
