The starlyte by zelph seems to be the most efficient alcohol stove. But you can make one almost as efficient out of a red bull can and some insulation.
Well, the double is nice and doesn't way a whole lot. I have it and think it is very good for when I have my wife and two dogs with me. Otherwise, I go with a poncho tarp and bivy combo.
You can find some here. www.utilikilts.com/
I have not used mine yet, but they seem just fine. You can adjust them by deflating them.
The tarp tent rainbow has an inner liner that is suppose to make it more like a double wall. You could check that out.
I made a puch cozy with aluminum tape and the tape ended up cracking. Now it has duct tape on it. My cozy is from the windshield screen too. I bought mine for $6 at walmart. It is the same aluminum...
They are just like cycling shorts, except have a bit more room for you stuff. You just have to get the right kind. I have some that are really nice. My cycling shorts all have a chamois in them.

I decided it was too heavy for me and too complicated. I hike with two dogs and a wife. Wasn't exactly the best system for me. Notice everything I said was for me. I probably had one of the lightest...
I am not sure I could find it down here in the South.
I guess I should say more. It was March hiking in Shenandoah. It was ~20F when I started hiking for a 5 day trip, so I had 5 days of food with me. The quilts I carried were the no sniveler and the...
Henry Shires sells some.
I disagree. I had 2 JRB quilts and they both fit with all my gear in a ULA Conduit.
The other option on 6 does not allow one to not answer with one of the other options.
I will be out there for a couple weeks. Probably starting in a couple weeks and heading north from Damascus.
Well, when I was a little kid I hated it. But, because of nostalgia after moving away from New Hampshire I decided to find it and try it again. Now I love it. I would describe the flavor as a strong...
I still have not figured out the purpose to underwear for men.
I would say the double rainbow. It takes me less than 1 minute by myself. Only one pole and 6 stakes needed. Weighs 2.5 pounds.
