Currently using the Rainshadow 2, but thinking about going to the Six Moons for side entry and bigger vestibles. Any comments?

I use a 2-3 ft section of 40# test. Before using the mono I had one case that a mouse got end wile hanging. None since.

Has anyone tried using a section of monofilament line, instead of the tuna can method? I have been doing this on several hikes, with good luck. Maybe just lucky

I use a empty 16 oz wide mouth gatoraide or similar bottle. Use a stick to push items in and to compact, will hold 4-5 days or garbage. Will not leak or tear.

Wife and I have hiked from Springer to Erwin, Tn, this spring we hike from Erwin to Atkins,Va.

On or around May 1st, the wife and I will be neeeding a shuttle from Atkins, Va.to Erwin ,Tn. and a place to leave our car for 2-3 weeks. Any info would be appreciated.
