Compton Springs are on the south side of Compton mountaiin which is south of Compton Gap. As a diabetic I need lots of water and like to camp near (not too near) water sources.

Is there a campsite near Compton Springs? I'd hate to make camp only to find there is an existing site nearby. Thanks
