    what condiments to bring on thru hike

    What spices and condiments are common in thru hikers food bag? Im thinking of bringin honey, pepper, and red chili flakes. Any other suggestions?

    Amen to that! The only way I can get through the shifts these days is just telling myself "This person is funding your hike, smile and refill the drink for the umpteenth time!"
