I have been walking barefoot constantly for the past 4 years (with the exception of things where it is obliged like some work situations) and most of the hiking I've done was on bare feet as well....

Since I'm one of the minimalist footwear hikers (both vibram fivefingers and truly barefoot), has he/she an opinion about this being good or bad for the human foot and the human body in general?
