As of 10/27/2012 Spring at Calf Mt. was running ok. rate 1 liter / 45 sec.

Just made trip to Blackrock hut 10/26/12 and spring was running fair - 1 liter/ 30 seconds. Also Calf Mt. Hut had spring running at rate of 1 liter/45 sec.

You can also use Lite Salt as it has Potassium in addition to the sodium. Good to add to water for sweaty days.

Are you set to stay in NC? I was thinking of doing all of the Maryland AT (41 miles) during that time frame. Would you be interested to doing that, shuttling cars etc.. ?
