Looking for a set of trekking poles that meet the following criteria:
cork or foam grips (not rubber)
flip (not twist) locks
Collapsible (not foldable) and that can extend to a length of 125cm...

Did want to let you know that the poles you describe are not what I was looking for.

Do you know what model these are?
Are they new or used?
Twist or flick lock?
Grip material?
Any pics?

So it seems unanimous that the poles are not supposed to slip - this makes sense to me.
Also seems that adjusting the locks so that they clamp tight isn't all that hard.

Went to my local outdoor retailer this weekend and was checking out...

I'd posted a few months back looking for this same item and got lots of great ideas for making it a diy project.
However, after more research I'm back where I started, looking for a manufacturers...
