I'm a little confused about the PCTA permit. Can a permit holder begin the NOBO thru-hike on a date other than the
permitted start date?
I've thru-hiked from the south but plan to do a SOBO in 2018. When is the earliest start date, taking into consideration black flies and Baxter SP opening date?
