I really like my jerky tough, i do a decent job of removing the fat (which is then used for candles) and then an overnite marinate (12 hrs) then dehydrate another 12 hrs. when im done generally...

so far i'm more of a short distance hiker but i think he's still missing something, like say, a place to keep his pet fishes. i see no aquiriums listed and i know walmart has 10g, 29g and 55g tanks...
