Nice minimal list, though I'd not heard of Neosporin before, so I looked it up, and it seem that good old Vaseline is just as useful!
I've spent a couple of nights out with my Exped getting down to -8C/20F and could feel the cold coming up from the ground. Adding a thin reflecting CCF pad was enough to warm me up again though.
