Ended up going with the Aether 70
Found one used in perfect condition I couldn’t pass up on. The way I look at it, if I do decide to sell, I won’t be losing too much since I didn’t overpay by any...
I’m trying to decide on a new Volt 75 for $150 or a used (condition looks fine) Aether 70 for $170
From what I am reading, the Aether 70 is worth the extra $20 and it seems the Aether has a bit...
Seems exactly the same as the Aether 75, minutes the AG system and a few pockets. The reviews on REI are pretty decent on the Volt as well.
What confuses me is the Volt is 75L (33x14x14) while...
How comparable was the comfort on both? Most of the reviews I’m finding on the Aether are great, but I can’t find too many of them on the Volt.
I found the Volt for a fabulous deal and seems to be...
Thanks for this! I don’t think I have the mini, but rather the regular sawyer squeeze. I know it did come with some hose and attachment but not sure what that is until I am done with work. Pretty...
Thanks everyone for all the info.
Although I should use my pack I have, that Osprey Aether AG looks too comfy compared to my Mountaintop :) the pack I went with on amazon, the hip pads are like...

Think my real concern...
Thanks everyone for all the feedback! RMNP was a cheap camping trip overall for flights, figured we would give it a shot. My buddy has been to both RMNP and glacier national, rmnp was much cheaper...
Well what can I say, I’m pretty darn new to the whole backpack camping. So far my trips have been along the lines of 2 nighters in the UP of Michigan on very budget gear (borrowed pack, Walmart tent,...
More of a side/stomach sleeper but thanks for the info, will look at the above sites.

Looking to replace my amazon (cheap and heavy) sleeping pad/pillow and 2 person tent with something better quality & not as heavy
Sleeping pad/pillow is big and bulky at 2 pounds

lol These comments are too funny. Case of PBR is why the space is necessary. We generally do 3 nights so a long weekend warrior. Clothes, sleeping mat, GSI cookset, sleeping bag, fishing gear, heavy...
Looking to purchase a pack for the basic "weekend warrior" backpack camper.
Some I know get the 80$ packs on amazon but figured I'd try my luck on a used-quality pack.
