last year i was lucky enough to hike from springer ,ga - bear mtn , ny
this year i plan on finishing the trail. not sure where to start from or which direction to go but im thinking harpers ferry...

um get someone on the trail to give you one its no fun if you start off from springer or katahdin with a trail name already unless it was from a previous hike sheesh

ok this date is absolutely official finally im starting my hike and no to the approach trail think the trailname will be tennessee red

trail is muddy and still some snow in the smokies. shelters also extremely muddy. weather has been nuts! did a 5 night loop hike and temperatures ranged from 10 deg - 75 deg . along with hail, 50+...
