    Another trick to getting a richer consistency to veggie chili is adding creamy peanut butter. 1 tablespoon is enough for a large pot and you won't notice any change in taste.

    I'm just glad most of the trail has reopened. I've been wanting to do this for a while and next weekend looks good.
