My trail glove 3s have finally bit the dust. Is there any appreciable difference between the 4 and 5? I'm not a trail runner. I just like the shoe shape, tread, and full mesh for hiking.

The 5 is more akin to the original actually. I would stay clear of the 4 imo. The 5 is wider in the toebox, and throughout the rest of the shoe. They are running a half size BIG. So go down accordingly. :)
