I found an item of significant value on October 31st while hiking NOBO out of Hot Springs. Never passed anyone during that time out of Hot Springs, hoped it was a NOBO that I would eventually catch...but never ran across anyone. Likely belonged to a SOBO. Would like to get it back to the owner. I don't get on here that much, so you may want to pm me. Thanks.
