A friend of mine, who is planning to hike the AT with me in the next few years, tried to get an account here on the forums to help her research like I have. Apparently, someone denied her access and deleted her account because they thought she was a spammer. I would like to rectify this problem and help get my friend's account registered. She went through all the proper steps, so what went wrong?
