It looks like this is finally happening. Quitting my job on the 4th of April, and starting that weekend. Got to be the craziest thing I have ever done. Furthermore, I am looking forward to this new adventure, and the people I will meet along the way.

I have no idea if I will make it to Maine or not. I am concerned about my body breaking down more than running out of cash. Trying out the Ribzpack for the first leg of trip. In theory, it helps with weight distribution, and access to odds and ends. We shall see. Also, I am going the Hammock route. I have done enough tent camping to know I am tired of getting my ass off the ground. Looking for a better sleep situation, and this was the next logical setup. TWO WEEKS OUT!!!
