Wow, it has been a whirlwind getting to this point. The tenant notified us that they were moving out of our house early so we thought it might be a good time to try to sell. The high today was 18. I went ice-boating on the lake for a short run but the snowdrifts were too solid and the ride rough. So I came back inside and once more unpacked and repacked my AT pack.
