Thanks for the photo back in time to the way Rausch Gap Shelter looked in the 1970's. I noticed the windows (clear plexiglass?) and roof overhanging the shelter opening in your photo were no longer present when I took my photo last year (April 4, 2012). Shortly after I took my photo I understand the shelter was completely renovated. Maybe I'll go back this spring to see it.
