For northbounders, approximately 1.5 mile north of the Whiskey Springs Road crossing in Pennsylvania, the A.T. makes a fairly steep descent from approximately 1200 feet in elevation to about 880 feet elevation before crossing Little Dogwood Run. This is a view of the trail looking north from a location approximately 1.6 mile north of the Whiskey Springs Road crossing. SoBo 1071.5 NoBo 1107.5
