    This is (was) Gorham Lodge just North of Camel's Hump. Believe it was removed about twenty years ago.

    I thought I recognized this! I slept on the floor the night of August 14, 1979, when the overnight temp dipped below freezing. It was very cold that entire month as we thru-hiked the LT southbound. I would've been in real trouble if I hadn't found a discarded cotton sweatshirt that I used for the rest of the hike.
