Probably Eastern Phoebes - a species of Flycatcher. They commonly roost in shelters. Adult birds flick their tails nervously as they perch waiting for an insect meal.

Looks more like American Robin nest. Too much mud and sticks for a pheobe. The Pheobe typically uses finer materials and lichens
