What is this thing? Anyone know? It belongs to USGS, but the signage was torn up and didn't give me the info I was looking for.

looks like a camoflauge duck blind--maybe they are counting ducks for a survey?

Yeah isn't that right in the open meadow that is part of the relo? Someone in my group said it is for hunters, or a screen to observe wildlife (which I guess is sort of the same thing)
