This was an excellent hike to a new place, Umbrella Rock and Devils Den near the scenic town of Ridgway. Massive rocks with caves, crevices, views and unique rock formations. I explored the deep passageways and crevices, with rock overhangs and carpets of moss. Massive boulders rose through the trees, jumbled and leaning, creating chasms in the shadows and snow. A unique and beautiful place.
