    I spent 7 nights on the AT from Davenport to Fontana, just because I wanted to spend the max number of days on the days before I had to come home. The re-supply in Gatlinburg was just because I did not want to haul 7 days of food up to the ridge and I had the time to spare.

    That is a nice hike thru the park. I have enjoyed it each time that I have done it.
