Tri-Cities Regional Airport to Damascus

I'm trying to plan out how im going to get to damascus from the closest airport. I couldnt find any bus routes in the area and id rather not spen $150 on a cab. Is it hitchable? or is there any other way of getting there? Thanks

when would you need a shuttle?

If you can get to Abingdon, there are shuttles that transport Creeper Trail riders. Might be able to "dead head" on one for cheap.

Hey Thomas, I can't answer your question, but I am in Tampa and looking at the same thing! (But not until April/May) I am going to end my hike at Trail Days next May and then come home from Tri-cities. I suppose you know they have cheap non-stop flights on Allegiant into St. Pete airport. But I'll warn you that the flight seem to get delayed frequently and they don't run every day -- so you need to plan around their schedule and be flexible. Cheers.
