where does segment 5 start?

i did segments 1-4 two years ago. tore those pages out of my mapbook/guide and gave them to someone at the airport. dumb oops on my part was giving away my map page that shows where segment 5 starts. I seem to remember having about 14 miles to get to Kenosha pass from the beginning of segment 5. any help appreciated!

It starts at the Long Gulch campground, off of Lost Park road, kinda out in the middle of nowhere, as you probably remember. See attached map, where waypoint E000TH is (dead center on map JPG).
